LocalDateSerializer

Serializes a LocalDate as the YYYY-MM-DD string of the Data Connect Date scalar, accepting any --separated three integers when decoding. Pure Kotlin (the Android SDK's uses a java.util.regex pattern), specific to the Data Connect wire format.
