HttpsCallableOptions

Options for calling a callable HTTPS trigger, mirroring com.google.firebase.functions.HttpsCallableOptions from the Firebase Android SDK; created with a Builder. Plain common code: on Android and the JVM it is a header stub for the SDK's own class.
